Digit HQ is operated by MrDigit. It is a creator site, not a bank, broker, or investment platform. Nothing here is an offer to sell securities or a promise of profit.
3. What this site is
The site publishes schedule information, project context, and outbound links to X, Discord, GraveMint, and related community channels. Content can change without notice. Spaces listed here are community conversations hosted on X by the accounts shown — they may move, cancel, or start late.
4. Digit Degenz and other NFTs
Digit Degenz is a 3D pixel collectible project. Any mint, trade, or transfer happens on third-party rails such as GraveMint or a marketplace — not on Digit HQ. We do not take card payments or custody wallets on this site.
NFTs are speculative and can go to zero. Owning one does not give you equity in MrDigit, Digit HQ, or any company. Do your own research. This is not financial, legal, or tax advice.
5. Third-party services
Links to X, Discord, GraveMint, and other sites send you to services we do not control. Their terms, privacy rules, and risks apply the moment you leave Digit HQ. We are not responsible for those destinations.
6. Your conduct
Don’t scrape the site in a way that degrades it, impersonate MrDigit or Digit Degenz, or use this page to run scams, phishing, or fake mints. We may block access that looks abusive.
7. Intellectual property
MrDigit, Digit HQ, Digit Degenz, and the voxel visor art on this site are used to identify the project. You may not copy the brand, the site design, or the artwork to fake an official mint, space, or account. Digit Degenz NFT holders keep whatever rights the collection’s own terms grant — this page does not expand or replace those.
8. No warranty
The site is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the schedule, links, or project descriptions are complete. Use it at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MrDigit and Digit HQ are not liable for lost funds, lost NFTs, missed spaces, or damages that come from using this site or following a link off of it.
10. Changes
These terms can be updated in place. The effective date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
